The results will qualify in the 'Power of 10 Rankings' which recognises courses licensed by UKA and which have a Certificate of Course Accuracy.  Both start and finish are close to the parking and registration areas.  This course is suitable for wheelchair users.

Race Start Time – 5K from 9.00am and 10K from 11.00am.

In order to ensure Covid-19 compliance and participant safety there will be no mass start. You will be allocated a start wave, depending on your self-predicted overall race time that you will asked to provide when you register.

Arrival time - Please aim to arrive no more than 1 hour before your start wave time. This will help us to keep you safe and will minimise any queuing.  You will have enough time to park, register and get to the start on time.

Parking - Open from 07.30am. Please follow the signs and any instructions from our stewards. The car park is located immediately next to the registration zone.

Toilets - There will be portable toilets conveniently located around the site.

Spectators – Spectators are allowed at the event but there is a limit of one spectator per participant to allow us to manage social distancing. You will be asked to register spectator information before the event.

Registration- The registration zone for the 5K will be open from 07:30am and for the 10K from 10.00am. Please follow the signs and adhere to the Covid rules displayed on the information boards. The flow of participants will be managed for your safety.

Race Licence - All our events hold a UK Athletics race licence and are delivered to their high standards.

Race Number - Collect your race number from the registration zone - plan to arrive 1 hour before your start wave time. You must complete the medical and emergency contact details form on the reverse of your number. Your race number contains a timing chip - be careful not to damage it. Your race number must be worn on your front (pins will be available). Do not deface or fold the number. Do not swap numbers with anyone.

Race Timing - When you cross the start and finish lines, your time will be automatically recorded by the electronic timing system.

Race Briefing - Since there is no mass start, there will be no race briefing. We ask that you carefully read the pre-race Participant Guide that will be available at least 3 weeks prior to the event. However, the announcer will frequently keep you informed about start wave progression and any safety reminders or course information.

Warming up - There will be dedicated area, near the start, to allow warming up.

Medical Facility - Our medical partners will be on site at strategic points throughout the day.

Music devices – We would ask you not to wear personal music devices as these might affect your ability to hear race officials’ instructions, event traffic or other runners.

Water Stations – For Covid-19 compliance we will not be able to offer on course water. Please therefore be self-sufficient for nutrition and hydration on the course.

Changing and showers - There are no changing or shower facilities at this event.
